1. Climate Change consultant [Updated in May 2023]

Position: Climate Change consultant
Location: Bangkok
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Emission reductions project sourcing and business development
  • Project development under international carbon standards such as VCS, CDM, the Gold Standard, I-REC, GCC etc
  • To prepare project technical documentation and stakeholder consultation as per the program requirements
  • To conduct site visit and travel to project site
  • To liaise with and build a relationship with project owners and other 3rd party stakeholders 
  • To review technical documents prepared by team members and by third-parties such as auditors, project owners and partners

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s in a relevant field of study (Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development) or related fields; Master’s degree preferred;
  • A minimum of 3-7 years of related experience; Professional experience in carbon project development preferred;
  • Professional fluency in both verbal and written English is required;
  • Communication skills in Thai or Japanese will be an advantage;
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Environmental consultant

Position: Environmental consultant
Location: Bangkok
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct a desk-research on environmental issues based on the request of clients and compile reports and/or provide presentations;
  • To translate documents (Thai, English, Japanese and other languages depends on the language skill of the applicant);
  • To make a fieldwork (environmental sampling and etc.) ;
  • To visit / communicate with clients for business development to cultivate new clients / to liaise with existing clients;
  • To support administrative works of the company.

  • Communication skills in Japanese will be an advantage;
  • Good knowledge in environment, health and safety issues (domestic and international laws & regulations, global standard such as ISO 14001 or management practice of industrial facilities) will be an advantage;
  • Ability to use Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Administrative officer

Position: Admininistrative officer
Location: Bangkok
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
  • Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
  • Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
  • Offer technical assitance to the project team, if necessary.
