Our client, a chemical trading company, sells chemicals in Thailand. Those chemicals are sourced both through imports and domestic procurement. Our client requested a review of the process to ensure compliance with the Hazardous Substances Act. Therefore, GBP support our client on checking relevant processes required for all chemicals sold in Thailand. Providing assurance that our client’s business will proceed correctly, in full compliance with regulations, and without interruption.
Our Approach:
GBP conducted a comprehensive review of all documentation related to previous chemical handling activities. If any practices are found to be non-compliant with the Hazardous Substances Act, GBP will provide consultations and recommendations to address the relevant issues.
