Individuals wishing to apply for a license as an Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE) Expert must undergo training provided by the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare or an authorized training provider. The training must have a duration of 24 hours and consist of the following 3 modules:

Module 1: Controlling, directing, and overseeing OSHE operations related to hazard assessment (6 hours).

Module 2: The hazard assessment process, study of working environment impacts, preparation of safety operation plans, and preparation of control and supervision plans for employees and workplaces (12 hours).

Module 3: Practical training on utilizing hazard assessment techniques and practical training on acting as an expert (6 hours).

In addition to completing the specified training curriculum, applicants must pass a 3-hour written examination administered by the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare. The passing score is set at 80%. Those who do not pass may retake the test within 1 year from the date of their first examination. If they fail to meet these conditions within the specified timeframe, they must retake the entire training course.

Prescribes the qualifications for instructors and training providers, as well as the criteria for applying for training curriculum certification, renewing the curriculum certification, and the operational procedures for training providers.

Requires training providers to submit a training outcome report, a list of attendees, and a list of instructors using Form กภ.ชก 4 within 30 days from the completion of the training.

Requires training providers to submit examination operational data and certify the qualifications of the examinees using Form กภ.ทส.ชก. This must be submitted to the Occupational Safety and Health Division at least 30 working days prior to the evaluation.

The Department of Labor Protection and Welfare shall issue evidence of the expert training evaluation within 30 working days from the date the evaluation results are announced.
