Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize schedules/appointments for company staff
• Receive and process communications via email, telephone, and mail
• Support the Human Resources department in maintaining payroll and personnel databases
• Assist the Accounting department with payments, invoices, and receipts
• Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement as necessary
• Prepare reports and memoranda for managers and senior staff
• Attend meetings and record key discussion points for managers and senior staff
• Provide support to team members when required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–3 years of work experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of accounting principles will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and study environmental issues based on client requests, and present findings in reports or presentation slides
• Translate related documents in Thai, English, Japanese, or other languages depending on the applicant’s language proficiency
• Perform fieldwork, including environmental sampling and related on-site activities
• Communicate and coordinate with both new and existing clients
• Provide internal administrative support within the company
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• 0–5 years of working experience (experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) will be an advantage)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Japanese language skills will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), such as local and international laws and regulations, international standards (e.g., ISO 14001), or industrial factory management practices, will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify project opportunities and support business development planning
• Develop climate and carbon-related projects under international carbon standards, such as VCS, CDM, Gold Standard, I-REC, GCC, or other relevant standards
• Prepare technical project documentation and provide consultancy services to project owners and clients
• Conduct site visits and travel to project locations as required
• Coordinate and communicate with project owners, clients, and relevant stakeholders
• Review and verify technical documentation in collaboration with internal departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
